SBFD Crews Have a Busy Day.

Our crews stayed busy today. First C-1 and T-1 were dispatched to I20. This was to assist with water supply as crews from Bossier Parish Fire District #1 and Webster Parish extinguished an 18 wheeler fire. Then C-1, C-2, E-1, and R-1 assisted Bossier City Fire in sending the Parkway Lady Panther’s Basketball team off to state playoffs. Ending the day B-1, B-4, E-1, E-4, T-1, T-4, C-1, our 6x6 and a dozer crew from forestry battled an 8.6 acre woods fire.

Units: Car 1, Car 2, Brush 1, Brush 4, Engine 1, Engine 4, Tanker 1, Tanker 4, 6x6, and Rescue 1.
 
Mutual Aid: Bossier Parish Fire District #1, Webster Parish Fire District #7, Minden Fire, Louisiana Department of Forestry and Bossier City Fire
