While we are extremely grateful for our citizens' support on our millage this year. Our department continues striving for grants and other funding avenues to upgrade equipment while saving money.

In 2023 our department was able to secure 2 community grants which funded 4 gas powered chainsaws, 1 battery operated chainsaw, 1 battery operated cutoff saw, 1 battery operated vent fan, 1 battery operated flood light, multiple spare batteries, and 8 thermal imaging cameras.
