SBFD Crews Extinguish a Fire and Rescue a Dog

At 1753 hours, South Bossier Fire was dispatched to a residential structure fire off of Highway 157. Promptly after dispatch, Engine 1, Engine 2, Engine 4, Tanker 1, Tanker 4, Sprint 4 and multiple POV’s responded to the call for service. Independence Day Celebration

Our crews had the honor of providing fire protection at the first Freedom Fest held in South Bossier. C-1, C-2, B-4, E-5, S-4 and our Ranger were staffed and on site. These crews took time and showed kids the apparatus. In addition, we provided fire protection and EMS support for the event. We were happy to see so many show up and enjoy the show....
