Our crews had the honor of providing fire protection at the first Freedom Fest held in South Bossier. C-1, C-2, B-4, E-5, S-4 and our Ranger were staffed and on site. These crews took time and showed kids the apparatus. In addition, we provided fire protection and EMS support for the event. We were happy to see so many show up and enjoy the show.... SBFD Crews Have a Busy Day.

Our crews stayed busy today. First C-1 and T-1 were dispatched to I20. This was to assist with water supply as crews from Bossier Parish Fire District #1 and Webster Parish extinguished an 18 wheeler fire. Then C-1, C-2, E-1, and R-1 assisted Bossier City Fire in sending the Parkway Lady Panther’s Basketball team off to state playoffs. Ending the day B-1, B-4, E-1, E-4, T-1, T-4, C-1, our 6x6 and ... At 0733 hours, the South Bossier Fire Department was dispatched to Bobbie Lane for a reported Structure Fire. Further information from 911 stated that neighbors reported flames were visible and it was unknown if the home was occupied. Annual Hydrant Maintenance
